To exalt Jesus to His rightful place as head of His body, the church and to establish the kingdom of God in the hearts of His people in the city of Watertown and surrounding region of northern New York.

To make disciples for the Lord Jesus Christ and equip them for the work of the ministry of Jesus Christ in the earth as defined by Luke 4:18.
